W hy does a Facial leave your skin soft, smooth, fresh and radiant?

Much of that is due to the exfoliation, the process by which dead cells of the skin are removed in accelerated fashion. Specifically, the thickened layer of dead cells makes pores look enlarged and fine lines appear deeper. Many problems of accumulated layers of dead skin are associated with aging. The skin’s natural process of exfoliation slows over time, particularly if there is sun damage. Blackheads and whiteheads, which are caused when pores become clogged with dead cells and serum, can be prevented with exfoliation.
